An Introduction to Renegade Programming
Established 3 years ago, ‘Renegade’ began with Callum Gifford using his wealth of knowledge in the industry and his passion for strength and conditioning to help develop programming for a small number of CrossFit East Tamaki members as a side hobby.
This has since evolved to programming for 60+ CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting athletes, these athletes range from New Zealand representatives to general CrossFitters looking to improve certain areas or overall strength and conditioning.
Renegade Performance offers multiple online programmes designed to provide each individual athlete, team or affiliate with unparalleled, progressive, high intensity training and work towards all levels of fitness and strength goals.
We cater for all levels of athletic abilities whether it is for your chosen sport, CrossFit affiliate classes or health and well being.
