This closed group 8-week strength cycle will focus on building the strength needed in CrossFit. You will work on your squats, deadlift and presses, we will also keep you working on explosive power & mechanics of your Olympic Lifts, with these being included in some form 2-3 times per week.
The program is 5 days per week for 8 weeks.
This includes video review and feedback as needed by our coaches, access to our FB group of athletes also on the same program + content weekly on how to achieve the most out of This program through nutrition, recovery, and correct movement.
A lot of people identify strength as a big weakness, but rarely get the time to get stronger or know how to go about it. This program is 100% catered to getting you stronger across all of your main lifts, perform strongman accessory work to supplement movement & midline stability + work on pre-habilitation.
You will get strongman/woman pieces 2-4 days per week to maintain some metabolic conditioning while you’re trying to increase your strength.
