Our goal is to provide the most supportive training environment possible to help you reach your goals and we have found that in SUGARWOD after a LOT of research and trialling.
In order to do this, we encourage workout tracking – recording weights, reps and times after each workout which Sugarwod makes really easy!!. This measurable data is your key to seeing results and being able to work with us to better your journey.
What is SugarWOD?
SugarWOD is a workout app that allows you to prep, track and interact all in one place. Athletes will have access to their workout history, a barbell lift percentage calculator and features like photo sharing, fist bumps and comments to encourage even more interaction between athletes and their coach.
